For this we are offering an easy and secure way for order cancellation subject to some terms and conditions stated below.
Eligibility:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
- You can also cancel your order if it is not processed or out for delivery.
Note: It is not possible to cancel an order if it has entered in shipping / Delivery process.
Order Processing Time:
- Your order can be processed within 1-3 business days and after that it takes 8-11 business days for delivery.
- Once your order status changes to “IN TRANSIT” then order cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation Process:
If you want to cancel your order, then you contact us at info@jacketforge.com. Don’t forget to include the following details.
- First name
- Last name
- Order number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Reason for cancellation ( Optional)
Our customer support representative will check your order to see if it is eligible for cancellation or not and update you via your provided email address or phone number.
Refunds:
- Once your order cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be transferred into your account.
- Typically refunds can be processed in 14 business days.
- Depending on your bank, refund may take an additional 5-7 business days.
- If your order is not cancelled, you can still return it according to our Return Policy.
Not Eligible For Cancellation:
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery can’t be cancelled.
